Description
Creamy, high-protein bites made with Greek yogurt and peanut butter. No baking needed—just mix, freeze, and enjoy.
Ingredients
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
½ cup natural peanut butter
2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup chocolate chips (optional)
1 tsp coconut oil (for chocolate drizzle)
Instructions
1. Mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
2. Scoop tablespoon portions onto a parchment-lined tray.
3. Freeze for 1–2 hours until firm.
4. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil and drizzle over bites.
5. Return to freezer for 10 minutes until set.
6. Serve slightly thawed or store frozen in container.
Notes
Use vanilla Greek yogurt for added sweetness.
Swap peanut butter with seed butter for nut-free version.
Store in freezer up to 2 months.
